Ceram. Soc. Jpn., 130[8]707-714, 2022\" has been selected for the Award of the Outstanding Papers Published in the JCS-Japan in 2022. This paper summarizes the results of research conducted by Professor Takahiro Takei and Professor Nobuhiro Kumada of the Center for Crystal Science and Technology and Nippon Light Metal Co., Ltd. This paper reports the possibility to synthesize aluminum nitride at a low temperature of 1000\u2103 or less by preparing an aluminum-amine complex.
