On 18th July, 2018, Wednesday, eight students from Hangzhou Dianzi University and twelve students with the department of electrical and electronic engineering (DEE) in University of Yamanashi got together at the Active Learning Studio in Kofu campus, and we had an international exchange event.<\/p>\n

In the event, four groups involving students from two universities were made and they made a challenge to draw a picture of future society supported by technologies under research in DEE. Prior to the event, students from Hangzhou Dianzi University visited six laboratories for three days and studied technologies under study.<\/p>\n

Students eagerly discussed by showing off their own sketches of future society or using language translation functions, drew up four big pictures at the end. Throughout this activity, students from both China and Japan, who were somewhat ungainly at the first glance, exchanged well and made big smiles at the last.<\/p>\n

Students from Hangzhou Dianzi University will stay in the university by 4th August and study Japan throughout various activities.<\/p>\n
