He succeeded the synthesis of pyridinium-crown ether conjugated compounds, and found their charge transfer absorptions capable of exhibiting a guest-responsive color change with high selectivity.<\/p>\n<p>He said, \u201cI am extremely honored and grateful to receive such the award. I would like to thank JSAC for the recognition of my effort. I would also like to thank Dr. Tetsuo Kuwabara, Mr. Ryota Satake, and all members in my group for their help.
